What massage do I need?
There’s a lot of crossover between massages. Sports Massages are more intense and focused, but sometimes a Deep Tissue massage might suffice, or might the use of the low level lasers in a Medical Massage be better? Our team take the pressure away – just talk to them about any issues, or if you have any goals, and they’ll take you through you options.
