Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund for treatments paid in advance where we have been given over 24 hours’ cancellation by email, phone or in person.

If we are closed, or busy taking calls, you may leave an answerphone message notifying us of cancellation and this will be honoured if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.

We cannot receive text messages, so cannot provide refunds if you send notice to us by text.

Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are charged in full to protect our team and business from the damaging effects caused when appointments are not kept. This is common with other reputable healthcare providers.

Refunds for courses will be given for the remaining money after deduction of any treatments at their full cost. For example, if a course of 6 treatments has been bought and a 10% discount applied for the course, but only 2 treatments are taken, a refund will be given for the total amount less two full price treatments.

Refunds will usually be authorised and processed within three working days.
