Sarah Shorter

Sarah specialises in creating highly personalised acupuncture treatments and lifestyle plans to suit individual patients using a range of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medical acupuncture techniques, naturopathic coaching and detailed case history analysis. She works to alleviate pain and discomfort in the immediate term and address their root cause in the long term.

Sarah started her career as an engineer and received her MSc from Birkbeck College, University of London. She now applies her passion for understanding systems to help people improve their health and find optimal wellbeing using the ancient art of acupuncture and naturopathic principles and holds a diploma in Acupuncture and Naturopathy.

She currently works as an assistant supervisor at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where she currently works as an Assistant Supervisor and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). Besides using acupuncture for a wide range of conditions, she has further specialist training in facial acupuncture, herbal medicine, the treatment of pain in musculoskeletal conditions and is one of the very few acupuncturists who can deliver photobiomodulation therapy to accelerate and healing and repair.
