What is MSK?
It’s short for ‘Musculo-Skeletal’ and refers to the treatment of injuries and problems affecting the skeleton and structures that are attached to it involved in posture and movement..

What’s the difference between physiotherapy and osteopathy?
We’ve asked our team to explain to us the difference between and physio and an osteopath, and we cannot get a straight answer. We see them as the same; therapists who can deliver expert care to patients with problems injuries affecting joints, muscles and tendons, and recovery from sports injury, occupational injury or recovery from surgery.
