Do the gift cards expire?
We’d kindly ask that the gift be taken within one year.
Can I change my mind?
Of course. If you want a refund, it’s not a problem, but the refund must go back to the person who purchased the card. If you change your mind, for example, you booked a massage appointment but really wanted to see an osteopath, we will just take the monetary value paid and any difference just topped up.
What if I lose it?
We keep records of all vouchers. If you lose a voucher, just contact us and we’ll look into it!
