When you click the green ‘Book Online’ button to the right or below, you will be taken to Rushcliff.com where you’ll be able to make live bookings directly for most of our therapies. Please take the time to read the information below to make sure you understand how to use this service.
Cancellations and Alterations
Only bookings can be made online. Any cancellation or alteration of your appointments must be done by calling us or sending us an email. To protect the livelihoods of our team, we make a full charge if we receive less than 24 hours’ notice of any alteration or cancellation of the appointment. Please bear this in mind when booking, particularly any appointments are made ‘on the day’.
‘New’ or ‘Existing’ Physiotherapy & Osteopathy Problems?
We allocate additional time for New Clients and for our existing clients with a new problem, since this involves an assessment as well as treatment. If you have already seen us for physiotherapy or osteopathy but have a new problem, please book the “New Client or New Problem” appointment so that the correct time is allocated to your booking.
Massage Therapies, Podiatry and Acupuncture
The majority of our services are available online, but some appointments can only be made by our reception team. Please contact us if there are any therapies not included.

We will send confirmation of your appointment by email or text if you have submitted these. Please make sure the booking you have made is correct. If we do not have your email or mobile, or you do not receive confirmation of your appointment, please contact us and we can set up this service.
