Your first visit to our aesthetic serves

  • Talk to us beforehand with any specific questions
  • Bring a list of any previous treatments
  • Arrive with plenty of time

For Advanced Cosmetic Procedures, Micro Needling and Semi Permanent Makeup we strongly recommend that you take the opportunity to discuss your concerns with our team prior to any treatment.

We charge an absolutely nominal amount for an assessment with our experienced therapists, which can then be subsequently redeemed against any of these aesthetic procedures. At your assessment we can discuss the following:

  • Your problems and concerns are unique, so our therapists can explain what they feel their treatment can realistically achieve.
  • Your therapist can explain what will be involved and what you need to do to prepare in advance of any procedure or treatment.
  • You will also be able to ask any questions you may have yourself before deciding if treatment is right for you.

If you would like to proceed with treatment both you and your therapist will have an accurate picture of the expected outcomes and time frames involved.

You must be able to adhere to any treatment times and periods between appointments to ensure good results, so please follow any care plan you are given.

For Electrolysis for Permanent Hair Removal it is necessary at your first appointment to take a few minutes to find the best working point and equipment settings for the hair type.

In order to achieve a productive session we therefore include an additional complimentary 15 minutes for your first appointment. Before attending for the first time, important things to consider are:

  • Thoroughly clean and rinse the skin.
  • Avoid the application of creams, oils, talc, deodorant etc. over the area to be treated within 12 hours prior to treatment.
  • If practical, avoid wearing make-up over an area to be treated.
  • Before your treatment, leave time to relax so that your skin is at normal temperature and flushing to subside.

You will be asked to fill in a brief consultation form requesting information about any current and past medical conditions and about medications being taken, and discuss the main areas that you wish to have treated.
