Jai Gidwani

Jai is a Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with both the HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, earning his Masters degree in Sports Medicine at UCL, London. He gained extensive experience in the Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehabilitation sector, undergoing hospital rotations in various OPD and IPD setups, and has worked at a Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehabilitation clinic in India, implementing an Australian method of assessment and treatment protocol.

Jai brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from other parts of the world to our clinic. He holds certifications in Cupping, IASTM tools, Myofascial Release, Dry Needling, and the Cyriax methods of treatment. Jai is adept at handling a diverse range of conditions affecting the skeleton and its structures through occupation, injury and through ageing, as well as enjoying addressing sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a focus on knees, back, shoulders, and ankles.

Beyond his professional life, Jai has a passion for global travel, participating in various sports, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Known for his calm demeanor, he approaches every situation with composure, avoiding panic or stress, whether it’s related to work or other aspects of life.
