Leigham Practice

Osteopathy or Physiotherapy?

Which is right for you?

If you find it difficult to decide whether osteopathy or physiotherapy is more appropriate for your particular problem you will find you are not alone. Both professions treat similar problems, often in similar ways. Both treat problems with bone, tendons and muscles, for example. In fact, if you ask a physio and osteopath to explain their differences it can sometimes seem so subtle it is almost confusing (we have!). But, who will help you more?

Your decision may come down to personal preference, previous experiences, or perhaps the recommendations from friends or family. You could view our staff profiles to see if one or more of our team has particular skills or experience with your problem.

You can, however, rest assured that when you come to the Leigham Practice you benefit from more than just skills of one therapist, or even one therapy. You benefit from a rich diversity of skills and experience. Our aim is to get you better, quicker and with the best results possible.

If you are still in two minds please do contact us by telephone or email with details about your problem and we will ask our team who they feel is most likely to help your problem.
