Martin Sheerin, BSc(Ost), MBOA, MGOC
Having qualified from the British School of Osteopathy with a first class honours degree in Osteopathy (also being awarded the year prize) Martin also holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Fitness and Health, he is trained in medical acupuncture and is also a practitioner of Cranial Osteopathy. He has recently been accepted as one of the few ostepaths in the country to work within the NHS where he works alongside a team of specialists to treat a wide range of conditions affecting bones, joints, muscles and tendons. His extensive and comprehensive training, skills and experience means he is able to offer his patients a level of care not found elsewhere. He offers help and support with treatment, exercise prescription and aftercare, which are all essential to rapid recovery delivered with great care and professionalism.
Martin is an experienced Osteopath having treated patients with a variety of conditions between an age from from two weeks old to 102 years old. He finds cranial osteopathy particularly successful in the treatment of babies and young children. Martin prides himself on having a friendly, caring and approachable manner, and also on providing effective treatment that is at all times appreciative and relevant to the needs of his patients. He joins the practice as a key part of the highly skilled musculo-skeletal specialists to offer a one-stop shop for effective therapy and relief of pain with long term benefits.
